🧑💼 What You’ll Do
- Assess loan applications (eligibility, income, credit risk)
- Advise customers on loan packages & repayment plans
- Handle inquiries via phone / WhatsApp / email
- Follow up on documentation & loan status
- Maintain proper records & customer database
- Promote loan products & cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- ✔️ 1–2 years experience in loans / banking / finance / customer service
- ✔️ Good communication & customer handling skills
- ✔️ Comfortable with sales + targets (commission-based role)
- ✔️ Able to analyse basic financial info
- ✔️ Familiar with MS Office / CRM systems
- ✔️ Bilingual in English & Mandarin (client-facing role)
⏰ Working Hours
- 5.5 Days Work Week
- Shift 1: 9:30AM – 6:00PM
- Shift 2: 11:00AM – 7:30PM
- Saturday: Half Day
- Sunday Off
💰 Salary Package
- Basic: $2,200 – $3,000
- Commission: After 3 months
- Gross: $2,800 – $3,800+
- 🎁 Performance Bonus
- 🌴 Annual Leave: 7 – 10 days
