👮♂️ HIRING: FULL-TIME SECURITY CENTRE SUPERVISOR

💰 Salary: $6,500 – $7,100/month
📅 Working Days: 18 days/month
🕐 12-Hour Rotational Shift: 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am
📆 Monday – Sunday, including Public Holidays
📍 JOB ROLE
Lead and supervise Security Centre shift operations within a Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC), ensuring operational readiness, effective incident response, crisis management and coordination with the wider Global Security team.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and supervise shift teams
• Manage security incidents, escalation and crisis response
• Support major incidents and emergencies
• Monitor CCTV, Access Control and Incident Management Systems
• Ensure accurate incident reports, briefings and operational records
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, service and compliance
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in Law Enforcement, Military, Intelligence, SOC/GSOC or private-sector security operations
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience managing security operations or shift teams
• Strong leadership, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with security monitoring technologies
• Able to work effectively in a 24/7 operational environment
