About Doctor Clean
Doctor Clean is a Singapore cleaning-services company providing professional deep cleaning, post-renovation, move-in/move-out, tenancy, upholstery, and general home cleaning services.
The Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator & Social Media Executive to grow Doctor Clean's online presence. You will manage content from concept and filming to editing, publishing, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Develop video ideas, scripts, captions, and calls to action.
- Film at various locations, cleaning sites, and company activities.
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Little Red Note/Xiaohongshu.
- Schedule and publish content across social-media platforms and website.
- Research trends and create relevant brand content.
- Coordinate with cleaning teams and staff during filming.
- Manage content files and social-media accounts.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements.
- Create content for both English- and Chinese-speaking audiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in content creation, social media, videography, or video editing.
- Portfolio of relevant creative work required.
- Able to film and edit independently using a phone and/or camera.
- Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of major social-media platforms.
- Good English and Chinese communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, organised, and independent.
- Willing to travel across Singapore for filming.
