Job Responsibilities

  • Support daily restaurant operations across Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) functions.
  • Ensure smooth service, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock ordering, and waste control.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
  • Work closely with team members across service, kitchen, and cashiering functions.
  • Learn people management, scheduling, and shift coordination from experienced supervisors.
  • Participate in structured training on operations, food safety, service excellence, and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or related fields is an advantage
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
