✨ PERMANENT ROLE | JAPANESE RESTAURANT ✨
📍 Location: Punggol
💰 Service Crew: $2,410 + $201 AWS + $25 Flexi Allowance
💰 Supervisor: $2,925 + $244 AWS + $25 Flexi Allowance
📅 6 Days Work Week
⏰ Rotating Shifts | 9AM – 11PM
⚠️ Important: Restaurant is non-halal and serves pork & beef. Candidates must be comfortable handling and working around these food products.
🎀 SERVICE CREW
Job Scope
• Welcome and assist guests, take orders and serve food & beverages
• Ensure orders are served accurately and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations and equipment
• Assist with table setup, clearing dishes and restaurant preparation
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties when required
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods
• Assist with stock rotation, storage and minimising food wastage
• Follow all food hygiene, safety and service standards
🎀 SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Job Scope
• Oversee daily restaurant and back-of-house operations
• Supervise and guide kitchen / service team members to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure food is prepared according to recipes, presentation and portion standards
• Monitor service standards, workflow and operational efficiency
• Coach and mentor junior team members
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety and sanitation standards
• Support the team during peak periods and assist with operational duties when required
