Salary: $2200 - $2800
Working days: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Job Scope:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to job placement.
- Understand clients' hiring needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
