- Conduct ticketing and admission checks

- Support crowd management and maintain smooth visitor flow
- Respond appropriately to accidents and emergencies when required
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Help ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all visitors
💼 Job Requirements
- Customer service, hospitality, retail or events experience is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with members of the public
- Responsible and able to remain calm in different situations
- Able to work in a fast-paced, visitor-facing environment
- Training will be provided for suitable candidates without prior experience
