Are you passionate about makeup, skincare and fragrances? Love helping others look and feel their best?
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Beauty Advisors to join leading international beauty and fragrance retailers.
💰 What's in It for You?
- Basic Salary: $1,975 – $2,800 (depending on experience)
- Attractive Sales Commissions & Incentives
- Working Hours: 5-day work week, 44 hours per week
- Training Provided: Enhance your product knowledge and beauty consultation skills
💋 Your Responsibilities
- Provide personalised beauty consultations and recommend suitable makeup, skincare and fragrance products based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience through engaging conversations, product demonstrations and professional customer service.
- Introduce customers to new product launches, signature collections and the latest beauty trends.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product recommendations, cross-selling and upselling.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases through personalised service.
- Maintain attractive product displays, ensure shelves are well-stocked and uphold high store presentation standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.
