📍 Location: Changi South Street (Nearest MRT: Expo)
💰 Salary: $15.00/hour
📅 Duration: 3 months (with possible extension of up to 2 additional months)
⏰ Working Hours: Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
🚀 Start Date: 1 November 2026

Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare documents and materials, including printing and affixing labels, RFID tags, and barcodes.
- Receive, verify, sort, retrieve, organize, and manage documents according to operational requirements.
- Pack and prepare documents/materials for delivery and transfer to designated storage or transport cages.
- Create and update item records, inventory lists, delivery orders, and tracking systems.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate operational records.
- Carry out simple physical processing tasks such as stapling, taping, labeling, and document handling.
- Ensure proper packing, storage, and movement of documents and materials.
- Support supervisors with general administrative duties and ad hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable handling and moving boxes of documents/materials.
- Physically fit and able to perform operational tasks.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet productivity targets.
- Positive attitude and able to work well in a team environment.
- Candidates able to commit for the full 5-month period will be preferred.
