Linen Attendant (5 STARS HOTEL)
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Linen Attendant, you play a key behind-the-scenes role in keeping our hotel running smoothly. You will oversee the management, inventory, and distribution of all hotel linens, guest supplies, and team uniforms to support daily housekeeping operations and uphold high service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Linen & Uniform Management: Receive, sort, store, and organize all hotel linens and team uniforms. Inspect uniforms for wear and arrange for cleaning or repairs.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track inventory movement, and assist with regular stock-takes to ensure operational readiness.
- Operational Support: Coordinate with Housekeeping to deliver linen, uniforms, extra beds, and cribs to designated areas on time.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Keep the linen room pristine, clean, and organized. Follow safe handling procedures for laundry, equipment, and health & safety regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or linen operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
