ZOOMOOV Singapore is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team!

📍 Location: Singapore
💰 Salary: Up to $4,000/month
🕐 5 days/week

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth outlet performance
• Manage and coach Store/Area Managers and operations team
• Prepare and manage staff schedules and manpower deployment
• Monitor staff attendance, timesheets and working hours
• Develop and maintain SOPs and staff training
• Handle customer feedback and complaints
• Liaise with mall management, suppliers and business partners
• Support events, promotions and business development
• Monitor maintenance, warehouse, assets and operational issues
• Work closely with HR on manpower, recruitment and training
• Prepare operational reports and follow up on action plans

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience in retail operations
• Strong experience in service operations and event management
• Good communication and people-management skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable working weekends and travelling when required
• Experience in kids entertainment/education is an advantage but not compulsory
