Job Scope

  • Perform data entry and migration into a new system
  • Verify and maintain accurate records and information
  • Contact patients when required to obtain or update information
  • Support general administrative and documentation duties

Requirements

  • NITEC / GCE O Level / A Level / Higher NITEC / Diploma
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicating with patients when follow-up is required
  • Responsible and able to handle confidential information
