📍 Location: North, Singapore
🕘 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM
💰 Salary: $2,800 – $3,500/month + Variable Bonus
📅 Monday – Friday
🔥 Job Scope
• Handle sales enquiries, quotations & purchase orders
• Process and monitor customer orders
• Communicate with overseas customers on order updates & deliveries
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse & Logistics teams
• Prepare invoices, packing lists & shipping documents
• Maintain customer and sales records
• Follow up on delivery/order issues
• Support daily sales administration & reporting
✅ Requirements
• Diploma in Business / Marketing / International Business or related field is an advantage
• Nitec / Higher Nitec with relevant experience may be considered
• Sales coordination / sales admin / customer service experience preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! 🎓✨
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
• Organised, detail-oriented & able to multitask
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Immediate / short-notice candidates are advantageous ⚡
