EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN (UP TO $3,300, FULL TIME)

Rotating Shifts - 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm
Serangoon North
Permanent Position
Duties:
- Perform setup, inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and related systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and alarms, carry out repairs and adjustments, and ensure equipment is operating properly.
- Carry out maintenance and recovery work to support smooth production and minimize equipment downtime.
- Record maintenance activities, equipment issues, repairs, parts used, and test results accurately.
- Assist Engineers with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, upgrading, modification, and other equipment-related projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement and process improvement activities.
- Maintain spare parts, tools, testing equipment, and workshop areas in good condition.
- Support safety initiatives, audits, planned shutdowns, and production recovery activities.
- Coordinate and monitor contractors and suppliers when required.
- Escalate recurring or unresolved equipment issues to the relevant Engineer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on equipment maintenance or manufacturing technical experience
