🏌️ CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Looking for a customer-focused individual with an interest in golf to join the team at a busy Driving Range!
Your Role
• Provide friendly assistance to golfers and support daily range operations
• Liaise with licensees and coordinate promotional activities/events
• Monitor and maintain facilities, range mats and equipment
• Manage range card transactions, credits and cash reconciliation
• Ensure range balls and baskets are collected, cleaned and properly arranged
• Provide feedback on facilities and recommend improvements to enhance golfers’ experience
Requirements
✅ Good interpersonal and communication skills
✅ PC/card sales system experience is a plus
✅ Able to work rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays
Benefits & Working Hours
📅 5-day work week (Mon–Sun)
🕐 Rotating shifts: 6:45am–4:00pm | 10:45am–8:00pm | 1:45pm–11:00pm
👕 Monthly laundry allowance
🚌 Staff transport from Bedok (6:30am only) & Tanah Merah MRT
