Location: MBS
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday
Retail Hours: Min commitment - 2 weeks days 1 weekend
Contract Duration: 3 months extendable
Salary: up to $15/hr
Job Responsibility:
- Customer Service: Greeting, assisting, and advising customers on products, as well as handling returns and complaints.
- Sales Transactions: Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash/credit payments, and processing refunds.
- Merchandising & Stock Management: Receiving, unpacking, and organizing new deliveries, restocking shelves, and maintaining inventory records.
- Store Maintenance: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety on the shop floor, including organizing display areas.
- Promotional Activities: Promoting special offers, upselling products, and setting up promotional displays.
Requirements:
- Friendly and customer-oriented personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
