Guest Experience Crew – Jewel Changi Airport
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operations of assigned attractions.
- Assist guests and visitors with the use of digital directories, ticketing kiosks, and survey kiosks.
- Scan and verify tickets before allowing guests entry into the respective attractions.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and visitors.
- Ensure guests use the features, facilities, and equipment within the attraction premises properly and safely.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests throughout their visit.
Work Schedule: - 4 days work, 2 days off - Continuous schedule
- 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM
Salary:
Gross monthly salary of up to $3,430
Requirements:
Singaporeans only
Minimum 1 GCE ‘O’ Level credit
