## Roles & Responsibilities
1. **Reception duties**
- Handle patient enquiries efficiently and politely.
- Support appointment conversion through patient enquiries.
- Dispense medication and provide post-treatment instructions.
- Process billing.
- Coordinate and book appointments.
- Coordinate laboratory cases.
2. **Instrument care**
- Clean and sterilise instruments.
3. **Chairside assistance**
- Assist the dental surgeon during:
- Scaling and polishing
- Fillings
- Implant and wisdom tooth surgery
- Root canal treatment
- Crown procedures
- Denture procedures
4. **Housekeeping**
- Conduct stocktakes.
- Clean the premises.
- Help ensure the clinic remains operational.
- Keep treatment rooms adequately stocked at all times.
- Perform laboratory casting.

### Personality
- Cheerful, hardworking, mature, and understanding.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- A team player who is willing to help colleagues.
- Willing to learn and improve.
- Able to handle stress and constructive feedback.
- Communicates well with team members and patients.
- Responsible and able to hand over duties properly.
### Skills & Availability
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous dental experience is an advantage.
- Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
- Able to commit to at least two weekday evenings and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), with occasional work on both weekend days.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
