We are looking for responsible and service-oriented Retail Associates to support daily bookstore operations. Whether you have previous retail experience or are looking to develop your customer service skills, training will be provided for the role.
💰 Job Highlights
- Monthly salary: $2,100–$2,400
- 5-day work week, 44 hours per week
- Opportunities to gain retail and customer service experience
📌 Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle cashiering duties and payment transactions
- Support promotional activities and sales targets
- Arrange merchandise, replenish shelves and maintain displays
- Perform stock checks and assist with inventory management
- Support daily store operations and housekeeping
🔎 Job Requirements
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior retail experience is beneficial but not compulsory
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
