Job Details:
• Location: Multiple Locations (Able to choose preferred locations)
• Salary: $2,100 to $2,400 Basic
• Duration: ASAP to 31 Dec or End Feb (Can state preference)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 930am to 630pm + Half Saturday 930am to 130pm
Job Scope:
• Assisting branches to actively migrate transactions to the self service machines, online platforms (such as internet banking and mobile app) and to study customers’ behavior for visiting branches
• Identifying customer's needs at point of entering the branch and to capture customer's behavior by completing a checklist
Requirements:
• Comfortable to stand throughout
• Able to commit throughout contract duration
