Job Description :
📍 Location: Senoko
💰 Salary: Up to $3,000
🕒 Working Hours :
• Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.45pm
• Alternate Saturday: 8.30am - 12.30pm
• 5.5-Day Work Week
Job Responsibilities :
🔹 Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner
🔹 Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment
🔹 Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support daily operations
🔹 Monitor and track order status to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
🔹 Resolve customer issues effectively and provide appropriate follow-up
🔹 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
🔹 Support process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service standards
🔹 Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements :
✔ Experience with ERP or Order Management Systems will be an advantage
