💵 Basic Salary: $2,900 – $3,500/month

⏰ Working Hours
- 5/6-days work week (44 hours/week)
- Rotating shifts:
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM/10:30 PM
- Includes weekends and Public Holidays (rotating roster)
🛍️ What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate team to achieve sales targets.
- Manage daily operations for sales and profitability.
- Plan promotions and maintain attractive product displays.
- Monitor inventory and reduce stock wastage efficiently.
- Prepare staff rosters supporting operational and seasonal needs.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
✅ What We're Looking For
- Retail supervisory experience preferred
- Retail management experience preferred; flexible, customer-focused, and adaptable team leader.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
- Adaptable and willing to support different store locations when required.
