Job Highlights:

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and programme support across multiple departments.
- Coordinate meetings, events, schedules, logistics and stakeholders.
- Handle vendor coordination, quotations, invoices, and billing verification.
- Maintain Excel trackers, attendance records, reports, and documentations.
- Manage emails, data entry, filing, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements :
- Diploma, GCE 'A' Level, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
