🕒 Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

⭐ Job Description:
● Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of part-time staff
● Recruit and coordinate candidates for hotel and banquet assignments
● Verify candidate particulars and maintain internal system records
● Coordinate staff deployment, shifts, attendance and replacements
● Liaise with clients and candidates on staffing and operational matters
● Handle timesheet verification and billing-related matters
● Resolve day-to-day operational and staffing issues

● Able to provide exceptional customer service to clients and effectively manage candidates
● Able to work after office hours and be on-call when required
● Able to handle a fast-paced environment and last-minute staffing matters
● Comfortable travelling to different work locations when required
