Role: Chef / Kitchen Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Schedule: 9-10 hours per day, 5-day work week

Whether you are an experienced chef or just starting your kitchen career, you will be part of an energetic and supportive team.
Previous Korean cooking experience is an advantage, but it is not required. Training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare ingredients and cook OGOG’s Korean homestyle dishes according to our recipes and kitchen standards
- Keep the kitchen, equipment and storage areas clean and organised
- Carry out daily opening and closing procedures
- Receive, check and store ingredient deliveries
- Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste
Additional Responsibilities for Experienced Chefs
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team during daily operations
- Conduct regular food quality and consistency checks
- Support inventory management, stock ordering and waste control
- Ensure that all kitchen SOPs and food safety standards are followed
Who We’re Looking For
- Positive, responsible and energetic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
- Good attention to cleanliness, food quality and consistency
- Basic proficiency in English is preferred for communication with our team
- At least 2 to 3 years of kitchen experience is preferred for Chef positions
