Job Description :
Location : Woodlands
Gross Salary: $3,000++ and Above
5-Day Work Week
Rotating Shift (2-Week Rotation)
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Available Positions :
1. Chamfering / Beveling Technician
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform chamfering and beveling operations
- Set up and operate chamfering/beveling equipment
- Inspect finished products for edge quality and dimensions
- Conduct basic machine maintenance and housekeeping
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and 5S standards
2. Technician / Operator (Machine) – Coating
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate vacuum coating chambers and coating machines
- Apply thin-film coatings according to specifications
- Use spectrometers and metrology equipment for measurements
- Perform machine maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Monitor production output and quality standards
- Maintain production records and machine logs
Requirements :
- Minimum O Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic CNC machine operation knowledge preferred
- Able to follow safety procedures and use PPE
