Outdoor Educator (Part-Time or Freelance)
Wildlings - Outdoor Education & Forest School, Singapore.

Pay: $20 to $37/hr depending on experience and level. Sundays paid 20% more.
Location: Dempsey and West Coast Park, plus schools and venues across Singapore.
Hours: Flexible. Work with us regularly through the year, or seasonally on our school holiday camps.

Wildlings runs outdoor learning for children aged 12 months to 13 years. We are looking for outdoor educators who love being outside with children and can lead a group with confidence and care.

You will work across our programmes:

Holiday camps
Forest School and playgroups
School excursions, residentials and CCAs
Birthday parties and Nature Playtime
Public and corporate events

What you will do:

Lead and support outdoor activities, games and nature exploration
Keep children safe, following run sheets and safety procedures
Talk with parents and teachers in a friendly, professional way
Set up and pack down sites and equipment

You are:

Experienced with children (teaching, coaching, camps, childcare or similar)
Happy working outdoors in Singapore's climate
Reliable, energetic and a clear communicator in English
First Aid certified, or willing to get certified
Forest School or early years training is a plus

Paid training, including Forest School training, for passionate and committed individuals
Progression to Party Lead, Camp Lead and Senior Outdoor Educator levels, with higher pay, more rapid progression for experienced individuals.
Part-time employees: guaranteed work, CPF and pro-rated annual leave amongst other employee benefits plus preference for full time roles.
Freelancers: choose the shifts that suit you.

Open to Singapore Citizens and PRs as work passes are not available for these roles. Shortlisted candidates join a trial session so you can see the work first-hand before deciding. We are a growing business and can accommodate multiple new educators into our company.
