**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dependable IT Administrator to join us on a contract basis in Singapore. You will maintain our IT infrastructure, support users and help keep systems secure and running smoothly. We value merit, celebrate a multicultural workplace and support work-life balance.
**Job Description**
• Administer and maintain networks, servers, user accounts, email and productivity platforms, ensuring availability, performance and security.
• Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software and connectivity issues, resolving tickets within agreed service levels.
• Manage IT assets, software licences, patching, backups and system documentation in line with company policies and data protection requirements.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, device set-up and access management, and assist with IT projects and upgrades.
**Job Requirements**
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience in IT support or administration, with working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals and ticketing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail; relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft) are an advantage.
