Responsibilities

  • Process sales and consignment orders accurately.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp.
  • Handle product exchanges and prepare credit notes.
  • Prepare and send customer invoices.
  • Upload invoices to finance teams and customer portals for payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate order and invoicing records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, billing, and delivery issues.
  • Perform accurate data entry using SAP.

Requirements

  • Experience using SAP is required.
