Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers with friendly and fun service.
  • Facilitate and guide customers through Splattify sessions.
  • Run and host birthday parties, group bookings and events.
  • Set up, clean and reset the studio and activity areas.
  • Clear rubbish and keep the studio clean, tidy and presentable.
  • Handle bookings, payments and basic POS operations.
  • Recommend activities, packages and promotions to customers.
  • Share ideas and help create content for social media.
  • Check and replenish activity materials and supplies.
  • Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
  • Support other daily outlet operations when required.
  • Report to the Studio Manager.

Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing and comfortable engaging with customers.
  • Energetic, creative and enjoys working in a fun environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Responsible, hands-on and willing to learn.
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
