🏭Terminal Operator Specialist
💵 Salary: $2,600 - $3,200
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations
- Plan manpower and resources to achieve operational KPIs
- Lead and support the admin/operations team in daily activities
- Coordinate with customers and transporters on shipment matters
- Manage returns, warehouse documentation, and data entry
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Support system testing, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
📋 Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of logistics or warehouse operations experience
- Prior experience leading or supervising a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with WMS is an advantage
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
