Clinic Assistant (No experience needed!) - 6 mths to 1 yr
Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic activities, handling patient registration, appointments, referrals, medication dispensing, cashiering, and walk-in requests.
- Serve as a key point of contact for patients, responding to enquiries, and providing chaperone services.
- Keep patient information and medication records up to date, while monitoring drug inventory to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Coordinate administrative requirements such as medical report requests, TPA/CHAS/Medisave claims, patient management data, and routine clinic audits.
- Upheld clinic SOPs, cleanliness, and service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level
- Comfortable standing for long hours
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
