• 📞 Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, and various channels
• 💡 Identify issues and provide fast, accurate resolutions
• 🤝 Work with internal teams when follow-up is required
• 📝 Share feedback to enhance workflows and service processes
• 😊 Deliver excellent service and ensure a positive customer experience
• 🔧 Assist with additional team tasks whenever needed
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 🎓 A-Level students welcome!
• 🗣️ Strong English communication skills
• 📞 Candidates with 2+ years of customer service or call centre experience (for O-Level/Nitec holders)
