Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 IT support for end users (hardware, software, email, and network issues)
- Follow up on outstanding incidents and escalate when required
- Log, update, and resolve tickets within SLA
- Perform user account administration and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
- Prepare daily, weekly, and incident reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience
- Familiar with ticketing systems and IT support processes
- Able to monitor reports and respond to alerts promptly
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willing to work shifts
