Event Executive
Our client, a connection between brands and people is looking to hire an Event Executive who will be responsible for supporting Event Manager with all aspects of event management from initial brief to conceptualisation, formulation, pre-event planning, on-site production, execution and as well being able to bring the event to fruition.

- Support the conceptualisation and lead the planning and organising of all events. Duties include developing timelines, sourcing of venues, vendors, sponsors, performances, managing event budgets, on-site operations, and communications with stakeholders
- Collate information and prepare event tender documents
- Liaise with event organisers, sponsors, speakers, and performers
- Prepare event proposals in accordance with clients' requirements for internal review
- Liaising with clients to identify their needs and follow up with suitable proposals and quotations
- Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
If you are someone with the following, let’s chat!
- Min. 1 years of related experience in MICE or Events Management industry with a proven track record of managing successful events
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Possess interpersonal skills, multi-tasking abilities and excellent time-management
- Possess strong project management skills, comfortable working under pressure
