Duties:
- Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointment
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
Working hours: 5.5 days, 8 working hours
Requirements:
- Min N/O/A Levels/ Nitec/ DIp in any field of study
