- Employment: Full-time
- Salary: Up to S$4,500 per month
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including service and kitchen coordination.
- Lead, train and supervise the team to maintain service and food quality.
- Plan staff rosters and allocate duties for smooth shift coverage.
- Monitor sales, manpower costs, stock levels and food wastage.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards are maintained.
- Oversee ordering, stock checks, cash handling and daily sales reports.
- Manage opening and closing procedures and report outlet performance to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
- Familiar with staff scheduling, inventory management and cost control.
- Hands-on and able to lead the team during busy service periods.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including late closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
