I DIDN'T JOIN JUST TO GET ANOTHER JOB. 🚀
When I started thinking about my future, I realised something:
I didn't want to spend my days just going through the motions.
I wanted to grow, challenge myself, earn based on my performance, and develop skills that could open more doors for me. One day, I might even want to build and lead a team of my own.
But I knew that wouldn't happen if I kept doing the same things every day.
That's why I chose to step into the world of face-to-face sales & marketing in Maximus Organisation.
Working in face-to-face sales and marketing has challenged me in ways I didn't expect. I've learned to handle rejections, communicate with different people, think on my feet, and become more resilient when things don't go my way.
What makes the journey meaningful is having mentors to learn from, a team to grow alongside, and the opportunity to work towards leadership as I improve.
Now, I'm looking for people who want to challenge themselves too.
You don't need sales experience or to be the most confident person in the room. You just need to be willing to learn, take feedback, and put in the effort.
With uncapped, performance-based payouts and potential business travel opportunities, this could be the start of something different.
If you've been feeling like you're capable of more, maybe it's time to take a different step. 🚀
👉 Apply now. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
