Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Customer Service
- Order Management
- Inventory Management
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene
- Provide support to Kitchen
- Handle billing and payments
- Event and Reservation Assistance
- Team Collaboration
- Compliance and Safety
- Miscellaneous Tasks including other duties as assigned by F&B Executive Chef, Senior Sous Chef, Supervisors or Managers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Candidates with no experience are also welcomed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation with certificate on Food Safety and Hygiene is a plus.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial.
