Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 IT support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, hardware and software issues.
  • Handle ticket-based support requests.
  • Perform PC installation, setup, replacement and relocation.
  • Support basic network connectivity and domain-related issues.
  • Install software, drivers and computer peripherals.
  • Perform basic hardware upgrades such as RAM or hard disk replacement.
  • Maintain IT asset and support records.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant support team.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 1–3 years of IT support / desktop support experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates may be considered.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, PC hardware, printers and networking.
  • Familiar with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and provide onsite support.
