📍 Location: Paya Lebar area
💰 Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 per month
🕒 Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
5.5-day work week (Alt Saturdays or WFH arrangement for Saturdays may be available)
About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact at our reception counter, you will play a key role in managing customer enquiries, coordinating vehicle rentals, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
JD:
Manage retail and corporate enquiries and bookings.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Support corporate account management and contract renewals.
Provide professional frontline customer service at the reception counter.
Process documentation and administrative workflows accurately.
Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues effectively.
Prepare reports and support daily operational administration.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of customer service or related experience preferred.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Professional, customer-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
Possession of a Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence will be an advantage.
