Purpose of Job
Support the company to develop and monitor product standards and operational processes with supplying farms
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting product specifications and standards
- Assist in drafting standards certification processes
- Assist in monitoring product standards and specifications
- Assist in drafting operational processes for supplying farms and companies
- Monitor compliance by farms and manufacturers
- Conduct routine reporting to management for product standards and processes compliances
- Assist in operational audits and visits to supplying farms and companies
Requirements
- Qualifications in Quality Management, Food Technology or Food Manufacturing
- Diploma or degree graduates are welcome to apply
- Possess communication, interpersonal and writing skills. Fluency in Chinese is preferred in order to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Analytical, self-motivated, result-oriented and dynamic. Able to thrive under pressure and work independently and within a team.
- Keen interest or knowledge in agricultural and food related industry.
