- Handle all inbound enquiries received via email, fax, and phone.
- Prepare quotations and advise customers on delivery lead times.
- Maintain a good understanding of the various product ranges offered by FS.
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and logistics arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Apply the appropriate cost mark-ups based on different customer categories.
- Ensure customer orders and requirements are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the respective divisions.
- Verify customer purchase orders against the issued quotations before handing them over to the Order Processing team for processing.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
