Key responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate listing of equipment and conduct inspections of the buildings
- Report on maintenance issues and critical incidents, and supervise contractors and technicians
- Inspect and verify that work orders are completed as agreed and on time
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Carry out duties and job functions as assigned by the Company or officers acting on behalf of the Company
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Electrical or at least 2 years relevant experience
