Healthcare Assistant (Patient Service / Clinic Associate) - Perm / Contract
Job Description:
- Handle patient registration, appointments, referrals, payments, and medication dispensing.
- Attend to patient enquiries, provide chaperone support, and assist with translations.
- Maintain patient records, drug inventory, and clinic facilities.
- Follow SOPs and conduct routine checks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Assist with claims, reports, daily administrative tasks, and staff coverage when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level
- No experience welcomed! On- the- job training provided.
- Comfortable standing for long hours.
