📍 Location: Chai Chee
💰 Pay: S$12/hour
📅 Work Period: 16 Nov – 18 Dec 2026
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday
- During Training (Up to 1 week) : 9am–6pm
- After Training: 8.30am–6pm
📞 Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from the public regarding the CPF Top-Up Payment
- Refer to provided FAQs and official CPF resources to answer enquiries accurately
- Provide clear and professional customer service
- Handle sensitive personal information responsibly
✅ Requirements
- Able to commit to the full assignment period
- Students awaiting results or certificates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English and your respective mother tongue
- Comfortable handling phone calls and public enquiries
