✨ What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide product recommendations
- Assist customers with product enquiries and purchase decisions
- Support promotional campaigns and drive boutique sales
- Handle cashiering and maintain accurate sales and inventory records
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Manage customer reservations and provide timely order updates
- Conduct monthly stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Work closely with customer service and sales teams to maintain high service standards
🔎 Requirements
- Minimum GCE O' Levels and above
- Preferably 2 years of retail/service experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer service attitude
