📞 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
💳 Follow up on hospital bill payments and manage receivables
📄 Provide billing information and assist with patient enquiries
💻 Guide customers on digital payment portal services
📧 Send statements of accounts and maintain accurate records
🤝 Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
🎯 Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring quality service

✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
