• Engage customers through face-to-face interactions
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable telecommunications solutions
• Present products and promotions clearly and professionally
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Participate in regular training, coaching and development sessions
• Support and coach newer team members as you progress
• Take on recruitment, training and team coordination responsibilities
• Develop leadership and business management skills through hands-on experience
