- 6 days work week
- Full Day Shift: 10.00am - 9.00pm
Job Summary
- We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join Han Jia as Kitchen Assistants / Service Crew. You will support daily operations at our hawker stall, including food preparation, service, stall cleanliness, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to SOP
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas (wipe, wash, clear)
- Manage stock levels; assist with ordering and receiving supplies
- Handle customer feedback professionally and efficiently
- Support in-store promotions and marketing activities
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Potential to take on leadership responsibilities (scheduling, training, outlet operations)
Requirements
- Prior F&B, kitchen, or service experience preferred (not required — training provided)
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Able to work in a fast-paced, hot environment
- Good hygiene habits and attention to detail
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts
- Immediate or short notice availability preferred
